Thousands of students protest against SSC CGL Tier II exam paper leak

The uproar over Employee Selection Commission (SSC) Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2017 Tier II alleged paper leak is refusing to die down. Students allege that large scale rigging has been executed and they are now firmly in the process of wanting the matter to be investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Earlier, a statement from the SSC was issued, according to which the SSC Chairman will meet students protesting.
Not only that, it has decided to repeat the examination of Paper-One held on February 21. This examination will now take place on 9th March. This will include the same candidates who were present in the previous examination.

The CGL Tier-to-Exam was conducted between 17 and 22 February. The examination was delayed due to non-downloadable data due to technical reasons during the 21st February examination. This also caused inconvenience to candidates. In such a situation, the Commission has decided to conduct the examination again, keeping in mind the interests of the candidates.

SSC discussed all regional and sub-regional offices in this regard. The objection was also filed on behalf of the candidates. After this, the SSC decided to recapture the Paper-1 Quantitative Ability Examination held on February 21 in the morning from 9.30 in the morning on March 9. In this regard, the Controller of Examinations of the SSC issued the order on Saturday.

In relation to the place of examination, the information will be released on the website of the SSC’s Regional Offices in the near future. With this, Paper-One and Paper-two-Examination will be held on March 9 at Patiala’s Cyber City Center.
