Yogi government cancels UPPCL’s online recruitment exam

The Yogi Government of Uttar Pradesh has canceled the online examination of UP Power Corporation (UPPCL) last week. Along with the power services commission chairman AK Saxena and Secretary GC Dwivedi have been suspended. Aptech the agency responsible for conducting the exam has been blacklisted  by the government.
The UPPCL online examination was conducted on March 28 for recruitment of nearly one lakh eighteen thousand candidates including engineer, junior engineer etc. Following the complaint of paper leak and rigging in this examination, the UP Special Task Force (STF) had arrested 12 people.

Only then did the whole case come out. The gang hacked Aptech’s security system with the help of Amy Admin Software and leaked the paper.

In this case Aptech, which organizes the examination, has also been blacklisted. In addition, the services of all the executive organizations in this regard have been abolished. CM Yogi and the Energy Minister have instructed the officials to take stringent action. UPPCL had recruited 2,849 posts in different categories.
