6 new coronavirus positive cases reported in Uttarakhand

On Friday, six more Corona positives have surfaced in Uttarakhand. It has five from Dehradun and one from Bajpur. All these people joined the Jamaat from Delhi and other cities and returned to Uttarakhand.

DG Health Dr. Amita Upreti said that in the investigation report of 92 blood samples received today, six positives have been found. All patients are kept in isolation with complete precaution. On Thursday also three Jamaat attendees were found Corona positive. After receiving 9 cases within two days, the Health Department is also on alert.

 

According to the report of the Health Department, so far, two patients in the state have been recovered and discharged from the hospital. At the same time, blood samples of 825 people have been sent for investigation so far. In which 671 negatives have been found. Around 152 people have been kept in isolation across the state.

The next 15 days are challenging

The health department has become more alert about the prevention and spread of infection. The coming 15 days with the coronavirus is nothing short of a challenge for Uttarakhand.

The health department has a focus on identifying such people who came i contact of corona infection positive of Tablighi Jamaat.

So far, police and district administration have quarantined 292 deposits in the state. At the same time, more than 1150 people have come in contact with ten infected patients in the state. There are increasing cases of corona infection in the state.

Five infected patients can be sent home in two-three days

Five infected patients admitted to the isolation of Dehradun and Kotdwar hospitals can be sent home from the hospital in two-three days. According to the Health Department, five infected patients are healthy. They will be sent home after the medical examination report comes negative for the second time.
