Sherwood student dies after being accidentally hit by bullet
13 year old Aron Brar, whose father Ravinder Singh Babbi is the brother-in-law and PA of jail and cooperative minister of Punjab, Sukhjinder Singh Randhawadied after being shot dead by a revolver bullet. The family members were going to Sherwood College in Nainital to drop Aron. The accident happened somewhere near the forest of Bherni, just ahead of Bajpur.
Aaron Brar was a seventh grade student at Nainital Sherwood College. On Thursday evening, village Abul Khurana, was accompanying Ravinder Singh and his family to leave his son at Nainital.
On Friday morning, around eight o’clock in the morning, their car reached the forest of Bherni ahead of Bajpur. Babbi removed the revolver from the waist and placed it on the car seat due to heat. Suddenly Aron was shot and the bullet was lodged in his chest.
The family stricken by the accident immediately reached Bajpur and brought an injured Aron to a private hospital. Here the doctor advised to take the Higher Center in view of the serious situation. Till then, Sartaj Singh Aulakh, friend of Babbi, also reached the hospital. Everyone reached Delhi with Aaron. Sartaj Singh said that during the treatment at Delhi Hospital, Aron lost his life. After that the relatives left the village and took away the body.
