SSC CGL 2017 exams results to be withheld after Supreme Court stay order

The Supreme Court has stayed the declaration of results of Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2017 and Combined Senior Secondary Level Examination 2017 of Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The court said that it can not allow people benefiting from the SSC exam scam to join the service.

The court further said, the process of the SSC examination was seen to be disturbing. Seeing this, the decision has been taken. The court has also made it clear that those who have benefitted in the examination scam will not get any kind of benefit and jobs.

The students had done a lot of protests in the examination of the CGL 2017 Tier 2 organized by the SSC. Question paper was leaked on social media of the Tier 2 examination of CGL 2017 organized by SSC. After which the students started protests. After the paper leaked, the anger of the students was on the seventh sky. There was a protest against this paper on a large scale. Youth students of the country seeking a government job also performed from the road to the outside of the SSC’s office in Delhi.
The CGL Exam was organized between February 17 and February 22 this year. After which the students had alleged that the screenshots had become viral on social sites even before the exams, which contained complete information about the paper and the answer. There was a mathematical paper on 21st February in this examination. After 15 minutes of the examination, it was reported that the question paper and answer were leaked through social media. After which the examination was stopped immediately. The students had demanded a CBI probe into alleged rigging in the CGL exam. After which the crime branch had arrested four people in the SSC paper leak case.
