Atleast 19 killed in Kabul University attack

On Monday, 19 students were killed and 12 injured in militant firing in Afghanistan’s capital Kabul. Security forces have killed three gunmen involved in this attack targeting Kabul University.

According to the information given to the Afghan Interior Ministry, three gunmen opened indiscriminate fire on the students after entering the book fair at Kabul University. 19 students were killed and 12 injured in this attack.

According to local media, the shootout started after the blast at the north gate of the university. Footage running on news channels shows many students running to escape inside the university campus. Security forces are taking out the students trapped inside. According to the police, a terrorist has been killed. No organization has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
