Haridwar’s Shrishti Goswami to become ‘Uttarakhand CM’ for a day on Jan 24

On the occasion of National Girl Child Day, Srishti Goswami of Haridwar district will sit for one day on Sunday and look after the work of the government as a child CM. CM Trivendra Singh Rawat will also be present on this occasion. To promote girl child education, the government has given an opportunity to Srishti Goswami to become one day child CM on the initiative of the Children Commission. In this sequence, Srishti Goswami will hold a departmental review meeting on Sunday January 24 from 12 noon to 3 pm in the assembly building.

Who is Srishti Goswami

Srishti Goswami hails from Daulatpur village in Haridwar district. Srishti is studying B.Sc Agriculture at BSM PG College Roorkee. On May 2018 she became the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Bal Vidhan Sabha. Srishti’s father is is a businessman and mother is a housewife.

One day CM Srishti will take a meeting with officers

On National Girl Child Day, the program of Shrishti Goswami as a CM of Haridwar has been released on Sunday. The program has been prepared by Plan India and Shri Bhuvaneshwari Mahila Ashram. Usha Negi, chairperson of Uttarakhand Child Officer Protection Commission, said that the program will start in the assembly hall from 12 noon. First an introduction and welcome will be followed by an address to Srishti Goswam. After this, the process of nominating Srishti as one-day CM and introduction of child legislators will be done. From 1 o’clock she will hold a review meeting of various departments. During this period, officers from various departments will be present. The Commission President has also written a letter to the Assembly Secretary.
