CBSE identifies 3000 schools as assessment centers for answer sheet evaluation

Human Resource Development Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal has started preparations for the evaluation of answer sheets of the papers held after the CBSE announced the dates of the 10th and 12th class examinations. On Saturday, the Minister of Human Resource Development said that 3,000 CBSE schools across the country have been identified for evaluation of the answer sheets of 10th and 12th.

In his statement Dr. Pokhriyal said, 3,000 CBSE schools across the country have been identified as assessment centers. More than 1.5 crore answer books will be sent to these centers for checking at teachers’ homes. This process will take about 50 days.

Earlier on Friday, Human Resources Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal had said that the remaining CBSE examinations would be conducted between July 1 and July 15.

The Minister had said, “Students are worried about their remaining examinations. Due to this, the exams of class 10th and 12th will be conducted between July 1 and July 15. Also, the subjects whose examinations have been taken earlier, those subjects will not be tested again.”
