Sports college admission trials to be held in Uttarkashi on 24 & 25 March
Seasonal trial competition will be organized for admission in class six of Maharana Pratap Sports College, Dehradun and Hari Singh Thapa Sports College, Pithoragarh, on 24 at Purola and on 25 March at Uttarkashi district headquarter.
District Sports Officer, Akash Joshi said admissions in sports college Dehradun are open for athletics, football, volleyball, boxing, cricket, hockey, badminton, judo, table tennis and shooting and pithoragarh are to be given entry for boxing and football. Trials for the Games will be held on March 24 at Government Inter College Purola and selection competition will be held on March 25 at the Manera Stadium in Uttarkashi. He said that the Badminton, Judo, Table Tennis and Shooting Trial will be held on April 4 at the Sports College, Dehradun, whereas the remaining games will be at the district level only.
