Tata Sky announces new plans for multi TV users

DTH service provider company Tata Sky has issued a new price list for users of multiple connections after the implementation of new DTH and cable TV rules of TRAI. According to the new price list, users who have multiple connections will have to pay on a pay per view basis for channels. Videocon D2h and Airtel Digital TV have already launched cheap plans for users who have multiple connections. Videocon is charging flat Rs 50 from D2h users while Airtel Digital TV users are being charged 80 rupees for connection to multiple channels.

Multiple TV Connection Plans for Tata Sky

    • Tata Sky used to charge 200 rupees separately from the users. If the primary plan of any user is up to Rs 100, then Tata Sky will charge Rs 150 for secondary connections as per new plan.
    • If your primary connection is between Rs 101 and Rs 200, then you have to pay 200 rupees for secondary connections.
    • Users with primary connections of Rs 201 to Rs 300 will now have to pay for 250 rupees secondary connection.
    • Users with primary connection of Rs 301 to Rs 400 will have to pay 300 rupees for secondary connections.
    • Users with primary connection of Rs 401 to 500 rupees will have to pay Rs 400 for secondary connections.
    • Users with primary connections of Rs 501 to Rs 625 will now have to pay Rs 500 for secondary connections.
    • Users with primary connection of Rs 626 to Rs 750 will have to pay 600 rupees for secondary connections.
    • Users with primary connections of more than Rs 750 will have to pay 700 rupees for secondary connection.

With all these packs you have to pay GST separately.
