Man bids for villa ends up buying 100 ft X 1ft grass patch at online auction

If you find your ideal home worth millions for a few thousand dollars, then you too would be over the moon. That’s what happened with a person living in Florida. Actually a villa’s online auction was going on, due to which a person thought of buying a villa. In the pictures that house was shown very luxurious, seeing that the person put his bid for the villa at the auction. After a few days, when the name came out in the list, he reached the place and to check it out.

According to the information, a website in South Florida published the news of the auction while posting the photograph of a villa. Looking at this villa, it was estimated that its price should be close to Rs.1.23 crore, but only Rs 6.3 lakh price ($9100) was kept at the auction. As soon as the person saw this advertisement, he paid the money in the online auction. In a few days, he came to know that his name came out in the auction. It is said that when the person reached South Florida to that house, he came to know that the bid was not for the villa but instead for a grassy patch outside the villa measuring 1 foot by 100 foot.

According to website storypick, Gary Singer, said that he can go to court and find mistakes in this online process. Gary Singer is a real estate attorney who writes a weekly column for South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

The company, which was conducting online auction, kept a photograph of this band with a house in the auction, due to which the person felt that he was getting this house in 6.3 lakhs.

Now Kerville Holness has accused the website of giving false information on the auctioning website, which has prompted it to refund the money, but the website has refused to refund the money.
