Hurricane Dorian likely to hit Florida on Sunday

America is under the threat of cyclone Hurricane Dorian. The storm is moving toward Florida in the US with high speed, fueled by Atlantic’s warm waters to become a dangerous Category 3 hurricane. US President Donald Trump has also tweeted and asked people to stay alert.

Trump tweeted that “it looks like Hurricane Dorian would hit Florida late Sunday night. Everybody be prepared and please follow the state and federal directives, it will be a huge storm, probably the biggest!”

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis declared a state of emergency on Wednesday. He has asked the east coast to keep storing food and water for at least 7 days. The National Hurricane Center in Miami quoted an advisor as saying that storm is expected to arrive in Florida by the end of this week.

At the same time, the US Coast Guard has issued a warning to all boats near the coast of Florida to return to the safe harbor as soon as possible. Earlier in the year 2017, two consecutive storms in Puerto Rico, USA caused terrible destruction. About 3,000 people were killed in it.
