Registration for U-14 cricket trials begins
Cricket Association of Uttarakhand (CAU) has started the trial process for the selection of the under-14 team of the state. Interested players can register with the cricket association of the district concerned. By December 25, the association will finalize the name and send it to CAU. Trials will start from 27 December.
CAU President Jot Singh Gunsola has sent a letter to all district associations. As of 25 December, 15 names have been sought from all districts. On December 27, players from all districts will report at the DAV School Kusum Kheda Haldwani near the Himalayan Cricket Ground. Gunsola said that the under-14 team’s ten-day camp will begin in Dehradun from January 6.
Submit application by 20 December
Trial process for selection of under-14 Uttarakhand team has started in Dehradun district. Vijay Pratap Malla, Secretary, District Cricket Association Dehradun, said that players desirous of participating in the district trials can take the application form from the District Association office (DEAL Raipur Road near Dashmesh Vihar).
The last date for submission of application has been fixed 20 December. He said that digital birth certificate, educational qualification (copy of last 3 years qualification), transfer certificate and Aadhaar card are mandatory for the application.
