Actress Shabana Azmi hospitalized after her car meets with accident
Lyricist Javed Akhtar’s wife and actress Shabana Azmi has been seriously injured in a road accident. Her car collided with a truck on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway near Kolhapur Toll Plaza. Actress Shabana Azmi, who was seriously injured in this road accident, had been admitted to MGM Hospital Panvel after which the actress has been shifted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. Actress Shabana Azmi was rescued from the car after the accident.When this accident happened, her husband Javed Akhtar was also in the car. However, he was not hurt.
An update has also come from MGM Hospital regarding Shabana’s condition. As per the hospital sources the veteran actress has a nose injury. Apart from this, no injuries have been seen on the body. She is undergoing treatment and her condition is stable.
Recently, Shabana’s husband Javed Akhtar celebrated his 75th birthday on 17 January. He enjoyed his birthday in a very special way. He hosted two parties. One party took place on the night of 16 January and the other on the night of 17 January. At the first party, he gave a retro theme party, remembering the old days. The second party he gave at Mumbai’s Five Star Hotel Taj Lands End. All the big stars of Bollywood attended this party.
