Indian users top porn site visitors in 2019 claims report
The addiction of watching porn is increasing among Indians. This addiction is more than the American people. As the number of smartphones and mobiles is increasing, so too does the desire to watch porn. According to the ‘Year in Review’ report by adult entertainment website Pornhub, there has been a 3 percent increase in porn viewing on mobiles and smartphones in India. This increase in the number of porn watchers has happened only in the last two years.
3 percent more porn watching in 2017 than in 2019
If we consider Pornhub’s report, in 2017, 86 percent of people used to watch porn on mobiles and smartphones in India. But in 2019, their number increased to 89 percent. That is, there is an increase of 3 percent in just two years. That too when the government has banned more than 300 porn websites.
America ranks second after India
In the case of watching porn on mobiles and smartphones, America is the second in the world after India. Here 81 percent of people watch porn. After this, Brazil is third with 79 percent people. European countries are fourth with 74 percent and Japan is at number five with 70 percent.
Mobile most useful for porn viewing
According to the report of Pornhub, people get privacy in watching porn on mobiles and smartphones. So they avoid watching porn on devices like desktops or laptops. There is a risk of losing their privacy. In 2019, out of the total population of the world, the number of people watching porn on mobile became 77 percent. Whereas, in 2018 it was 67 percent.
Cheap internet and cheap mobile are also big reasons
The biggest reason for watching porn in India is because of cheap internet in the country and availability of mobile with good features at a low price. There are 45 crore smartphone users in India at present. Due to cheap data plans and availability of internet, crores of these people watch porn.
Users watching porn on browser instead of app
According to the report of a different organization, people do not use apps to watch porn. Because there is a risk of sharing user information in it. So people open a browser on mobile and watch porn in it. According to the report of Pornhub, the number of porn viewers on iOS rather than Android is increasing. IOS is the most used to open Pornhub’s browser. People using iOS saw Pornhub about 52.8 percent of the time. At the same time, Android was 46.6 percent.
