CBI registers FIR in Sushant Singh Rajput death case

The CBI, which is investigating the suicide case of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has registered an FIR. The FIR also names Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty. CBI has registered an FIR under sections 306, 341, 342, 420, 406 and 506 of IPC. The CBI FIR names Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, Shruti Modi and others.

Actress Rhea Chakraborty is accused of criminal conspiracy, abetting Sushant to suicide. Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh had lodged an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty in Patna. KK Singh made many serious allegations on Rhea. On the recommendation of the Bihar government, the Central Government on Wednesday approved the CBI investigation in Sushant case. The CBI has now registered an FIR in this, expediting the investigation of the case.

The Bihar police is claiming that they have strong evidence against Rhea Chakraborty. In this case, Rhea’s difficulties are increasing continuously. Earlier on Wednesday, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issued summons. The ED has asked Rhea to appear on Friday. She can be asked questions regarding her property and transactions with Sushant.

Call details surfaced

Rhea Chakraborty’s call details have also surfaced. Looking at the call details, Vikas Singh, lawyer of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has raised many questions. Vikas Singh has emphasized three aspects in Sushant case. He raised many questions from Rhea’s call details to his friend Siddharth Pithani.

On Rhea’s call details, Sushant’s lawyer said that ‘the call details revealed showed that there was no interaction between Rhea and Sushant between 8th and 14th. It is said that she blocked Sushant’s number. This shows what mental state Sushant was in. The same is also in our FIR’.
