13 dead as airplane crash lands in Moscow

During the emergency landing on the Sheremetyevo airport in Russia’s capital Moscow, a Sukhoi superjet plane turned into a fire ball. Russian investigators said that 13 people, including two children, died in the accident. A total of 78 people were in the plane.

Russian Aeroflot Sukhoi Superjet aircraft flew from the airport to the Arctic city of Murmansk. Smoke started to fly as soon as the flight started. The crew of the aircraft immediately informed the ATC. After this the plane’s emergency landing was done. During landing, the entire plane turned into a fire ball. Although the passengers were taken out of the plane, one Flying Steward was killed. The incident was so horrible that the flames coming out of the plane and the smoke in the sky could be seen from a distance. 13 people, including two children, were killed in the accident.
