Nainital recieves season’s first snowfall
Snowfall finally occured in Nainital. It has been snowing intermittently since last night. Tourists have started reaching Nainital after the news of snowfall happening late in the night. There is a hope of increase in tourism business too. However, tourists are facing difficulties in road movement. The influx of tourists has increased in Ramgarh Mukteshwar with Kilbury Road, Snowview with alongwith Nainital city. Tourists are having fun in the snowfall.
Tourists started arriving at Kilbury Road from early in the morning and with snowfall, children, old or young, were seen enjoying.
Business is also expected to get a boom
Actually, the off season had started in Nainital since January. Corona caused a lot of damage to tourism. Now businesses are also expected to get customers from snowfall. A local businessman said that the year 2020 went bad for business and now work is returning to track. If snowfall happens then tourists will definitely come to Nainital and business will be better.
Troubles also doubled after snowfall
After the snowfall in Nainital, there are also problems with tourism business and snowfall for tourists, roads have to be closed due to snowfall. Farmers are also facing problems of fodder for animals in rural areas. However, it is considered beneficial for other horticulture and farming including apples. Vehicles were colliding due to slippery roads. Due to snowfall, electric water crisis in the city has become a problem for the people.
