The Uttarakhand High Court, while hearing a PIL filed regarding Kumbh Mela, has directed that the guidelines issued by the central and state government should be strictly followed. Apart from this, the court says that people who have been vaccinated can get exemption if they show their certificate. It will be mandatory for everyone else to get the test done and have a negative report.
