Uttarakhand corona update: 21 cases found on November 9
In the last 24 hours, 21 new corona infected have been found in the state. At the same time, no Covid-19 patient has died. While eight patients were sent home after recovery. The number of active patients has increased to 150. Out of which maximum 101 active cases are from Dehradun. Whereas on Monday there were 137 active patients in the state.
According to the bulletin issued by the Health Department, the test report of 9405 samples has come negative on Tuesday. Not a single infected patient has been found in six districts of Bageshwar, Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag, Tehri, Udham Singh Nagar and Uttarkashi. 10 infected have been found in Almora, one each in Chamoli, Champawat, Nainital and Pauri, five in Dehradun and two in Haridwar.
Infection rate reached 0.22 percent
So far, the total number of corona infected in the state has gone up to 343966. Of these, 330263 people have been cured. A total of 7402 people have lost their lives due to corona in the state. The recovery rate of the state has been recorded at 96.02 percent and daily infection rate of 0.22 percent.
More than 58 thousand got the vaccine
On Tuesday, 58,660 people were given vaccine to prevent corona in the state. So far 74,95,689 people have been given the first dose while 41,17,197 people have been given both the doses. At the same time, 19,10,525 people in the age group of 18 to 44 have been given both the doses.
