Uttarakhand corona update: 4 new cases found on 17 November
The rate of getting new cases of corona in Uttarakhand has come down. On Wednesday, no new case of corona came in 11 districts of the state. At the same time, four people have been found infected in the other two districts. No corona infected patient has died in the last 24 hours. The daily infection rate stood at 0.04 percent. Here, five patients in different districts have also recovered in the last 24 hours. There are currently 173 active cases of corona in the state. Of these, maximum 125 active cases are in Dehradun district. There are no active cases in Bageshwar, Chamoli and Rudraprayag as of now, while active cases in seven districts are less than ten.
According to the information received from the Health Department, in the last 24 hours, test reports of 11 thousand 274 samples have been received from private and government labs. Out of these, the report of 11 thousand 270 samples has come negative. Three people have been found infected in Dehradun and one in Almora. No new cases have been reported in Bageshwar, Chamoli, Champawat, Haridwar, Nainital, Pauri Garhwal, Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag, Tehri Garhwal, Udham Singh Nagar and Uttarkashi. So far,3,44,062 cases of corona have been reported in the state. Of these, 3,30,326 people (96.01 percent) have become healthy. So far 7404 corona infected patients have also died.
54032 persons vaccinated
54032 person were vaccinated at 1026 centers in the state. So far 7526853 individuals have received the first dose of the vaccine, while 4475504 have been fully vaccinated. 4535240 people in the age group of 18 to 44 have also received the first dose of vaccine and 2195679 have received both the doses.
