Home minister Amit Shah attends 57th raising day program of BSF

Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat met BSF jawans and officers at Rohitash border post in Jaisalmer. During this, both of them had dinner together with the jawans. The Home Minister also encouraged the soldiers.

During the 57th Raising Day program of BSF, Home Minister Amit Shah reached Jaisalmer near the Indo-Pak border for the first time. In the evening, Home Minister Amit Shah attended the Sainik Sammelan and met BSF jawans. Earlier, the HM paid obeisance at the famous Tanot Rai Mata Temple in Jaisalmer.

Amit Shah will leave for Jaipur on Sunday after attending the Raising Day event. This is the first time that any home minister of the country has spent the whole night among the soldiers near the border. It is being told that Amit Shah will also be present during the night patrolling of BSF jawans. Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat was also present with him.
