SDM Sangeeta Kanojia, posted at Laksar in Haridwar district, died at AIIMS Rishikesh on Thursday morning. She was admitted to AIIMS Rishikesh after being seriously injured in a road accident. SDM Rishikesh Shailendra Singh Negi confirmed the sad news.
On 26 April, there was a horrific accident on the Laksar Roorkee road. SDM Sangeeta Kanojia’s car had an accident. The driver died on the spot while SDM Sangeeta Kanojia’s condition remained critical. She was admitted to a Nursing Home in Roorkee in critical condition.
She had injuries to her head and jaw. Seeing the condition, she was referred to the Higher Center. She was undergoing treatment at AIIMS Rishikesh, but died on Thursday.
