Uttarakhand circle rate: Know circle rates in various cities

Buying land has become expensive in Uttarakhand. The state cabinet on Wednesday approved the proposal to increase the circle rate of land. The circle rate has been increased by an average of 33.6 percent in the entire state. To buy land in 2832 areas, 100 to 300 percent more per square meter will have to be paid. In 2023, Circle rates have increased significantly in the plain districts of Dehradun, Haridwar, Udham Singh Nagar and Nainital.

This growth has been especially high in the new national and state highways, major project sites of the Center and the state, fast developing new residential colony areas. There has been relatively less growth in the hilly districts. Circle rates have been reduced by 46 percent in 47 villages of Almora district.

Nainital Mall Road Property is the most expensive area of the state

Nainital Mall Road is the costliest area in the state in terms of new circle rates. There the circle rate has been increased from Rs 66 thousand per square meter to Rs one lakh per square meter. There was no increase in the circle rate in the state for the last three years. Although according to the Uttarakhand Stamp (Valuation of Property) Rules, 2015 the circle rates are to be increased every year. Due to the Corona pandemic, the decision to increase the circle rate kept getting postponed.

In which plains district, where and how much the circle rate has increased

Dehradun Circle rates 2023: From Ghantaghar to RTO office circle rates have been increased from 50 thousand to 62 thousand rupees, from RTO to Mussoorie bypass increased from 40 thousand to 55 thousand, from Mussoorie bypass to Kuthalgate from 24 thousand to 50 thousand, in Doiwala from 5 thousand to 8 thousand, in IT Park area from 14 thousand to 35 thousand rupees, increased from 12 thousand to 27 thousand rupees per square meter in Guniyal village, rate increased from 12 thousand to 18 thousand rupees near Arcadia Grant on Doon Delhi Expressway, increased from 7800 rupees to 12 thousand rupees per square metre in Keshavwala East Hopetown .

Haridwar: In Haridwar-Roorkee bypass near Bahadarabad, the circle rate increased from Rs 14500 to Rs 35000, from Chandipul to Shyampur police station increased from 15 thousand to 35 thousand, on Upper Road Harki Pauri the circle rate increased from 52 thousand to Rs 60 thousand per square meter.

Nainital: The circle rate from 50 to 200 meters in Satkhol area has been increased from Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 8000. From 13500 to 17000 in Golapar region, from 66000 to Rs 1 lakh in Nainital Mall road region.

Udham Singh Nagar: The circle rate near Kashipur Aroma Park has increased from Rs 3800 to Rs 7000, in Kichha it has increased from Rs 6000 to Rs 14 thousand per square meter.
