Market ends in green after falling for 8 consecutive trading sessions

In the domestic stock market, on Wednesday, the continuous decline of the last eight trading sessions has been broken. On the third trading day of the week, both Sensex and Nifty closed on the green mark with gains.

During this, the Sensex gained 0.76 percent to close at 59,411.08 points, gaining 448.96 points. On the other hand, the 50-share Nifty index closed with a gain of 0.85 percent. The Nifty jumped 146.95 points to close at 17,450.90.

On Wednesday, shares of Adani Enterprises rose 16 per cent. On Wednesday, the rupee strengthened by 7 paise to close at 82.51 against the dollar.
