JioCinema has launched a premium subscription plan. That is, like Amazon Prime Video, Disney + Hotstar and Netflix, viewers will have to subscribe for JioCinema. JioCinema has priced its premium subscription plan at Rs 999. Under this plan, company users will get subscription of Jio Cinema for 12 months.

Movies and shows like Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Succession and Discovery will soon be available on the JioCinema app. Under this plan, users can log-in to their account on 4 devices simultaneously. According to the information given on the Play Store, the JioCinema app has been downloaded more than 100 million times so far.
Game of Thrones, Harry Potter to be available on JioCinema on this
JioCinema’s premium subscription will allow you to watch movies and shows like Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Succession and Discovery. For this, Mukesh Ambani’s company Viacom18 has tied up with Hollywood’s well-known production house Warner Bros Discovery Inc. After this deal, JioCinema will give direct competition to Amazon Prime Video,Disney+ Hotstar, Netflix and other paid OTT apps.
Viacom18 and Warner Bros said, movies and shows will premiere on JioCinema at the same time as in the US. Previously, Disney had the rights to stream content from Warner Bros. and HBO. This partnership ended on 31 March 23. For this reason Indian viewers were not able to stream shows like HBO’s Game of Thrones. Warner Bros. is the parent company of HBO.
Live IPL broadcast for free
This time live streaming of IPL is happening for free in 4K quality. Jio Cinema is the official live-streaming partner of IPL 2023. Earlier, IPL was shown on Disney+ Hotstar. In such a situation, Hotstar subscription had to be taken to watch it. Right now users do not have to pay any fee to watch anything on JioCinema.
