Education Minister instructs officials to conduct state board exam by Feb-March

Education Minister Uttarakhand, Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat has instructed the departmental officers to start preparations from now on to regularize the education session. In the meeting held in the Assembly Hall, the Minister said, the aim of the government is to conduct the board examinations on time and declare the results on time.

For this, a target has been given to conduct examinations in February-March and declare the board examination results by 30th April and marks improvement examination results by 30th May, so that the session of higher education can also be started on time.

The Education Minister said, the result of marks improvement examination under board examinations will also be declared within a month. Due to regularity of the session, students will be able to take admission in the new class on time and it will also help in starting the session of higher education on time. The entire education system of the state will benefit from this.

Instructions to prepare the report and submit it to the ministry

Dr. Rawat instructed the departmental officers to visit the allotted districts and conduct on-site inspection of the schools and also prepare a report on the resources available in the schools and submit it to the Ministry. After the visit, effective decisions will be taken to improve the education system on the basis of the report presented by the departmental officers.
