Holiday in schools and colleges of UP on 22 January, CM Yogi gave instructions

All schools and colleges of Uttar Pradesh will remain closed on 22 January, the day of the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. CM Yogi Adityanath gave instructions during the meeting in Ayodhya.

Chief Minister Yogi said that on January 22, all government buildings should be decorated and arrangements should also be made for fireworks. ‘Kumbh model of cleanliness should be implemented in Ayodhya. On January 14, Chief Minister Yogi will launch the cleanliness campaign in Ayodhya. Chief Minister Yogi, who reached Ayodhya, examined the preparations for the consecration ceremony and said that cleanliness and security will not be compromised.

Chief Minister Yogi, who visited Ayodhya on Tuesday, held a meeting with the officials of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust after darshan and worship of Shri Ram Lalla and Hanuman Garhi. Taking information about the Vedic rituals of Pran Pratistha starting after Makar Sankranti, the Chief Minister directed the officials to provide all necessary cooperation to the Teerth Kshetra Trust in the security and other arrangements of the ceremony. The Chief Minister said that the dignitaries coming for the consecration ceremony should get better hospitality in Ayodhya.

The Chief Minister said that there are hotels and dharamshalas in Ayodhya. Home stay arrangements are also available. There is a need to increase the number of tent cities. On the lines of Kumbh, prepare a grand tent city in 25-50 acres in Ayodhya.

Chief Minister Yogi said that after January 22, Ram devotees from all over the world will arrive in Ayodhya. For their convenience, sign boards in different languages should be installed throughout the city. There should be no dust or filth on major roads or streets like Dharma Path, Janmabhoomi Path, Bhakti Path, Ram Path. Dustbins should be kept at various places. There should be arrangements for waste management. At present, more than 3800 sanitation workers are deployed, the number of 1500 employees should be increased further.
