32 new corona cases found in Uttarakhand on 16 March
On Wednesday, 32 new cases of corona have been found in Uttarakhand. While no patient has died. At the same time, 18 patients of Corona were also cured. The corona infection rate was 0.59 percent.
According to the Health Department, test reports of 5422 samples were received from private and government labs. Of these, the test report of 5390 samples has come negative. Maximum 10 people have been found corona infected in Haridwar.
Apart from this, 8 people each have been found infected in Dehradun and Nainital, 5 in Pithoragarh and 1 in Pauri. While no new case of infection has been found in eight districts of Almora, Bageshwar, Chamoli, Champawat, Rudraprayag, Tehri, Udham Singh Nagar and Uttarkashi. Here, 4361 samples from different districts have been sent to the lab for corona test.
This year there have been 91898 cases of corona in the state. Out of these, 88076 (95.84 percent) people have recovered after beating Corona. The number of active cases of corona is 341. Dehradun has the maximum number of 171 active cases. So far this year, 271 patients have also died due to corona infection.
Rally taken out for awareness about vaccination
The vaccination of children in the age group of 12 to 14 has been started in Chakrata. On the first day, the team administered anti-coronavirus vaccine to a total of 40 adolescents. School children also took out a rally to raise awareness about vaccination. Adolescents are also reaching the community health center for vaccination.
