Uttarakhand weather update: Weather could change in 1st week of December

The weather has been dry in Uttarakhand for the last several days and there is less possibility of change in the weather patterns for the next few days. In such a situation, the scorching sun is giving relief from the cold during the day time. However, there may be light rain and snowfall at some places in the state till the beginning of December.

Dry weather spell in November in Uttarakhand

It is towards the end of November in the state. So far in this month, the rainfall in the hilly areas has been half of the normal. However, the snowfall order remained high on the peaks. However, at present the weather is dry and bright sunshine is seen across the state. Due to which the maximum and minimum temperature is being recorded normal or above.

There may be a drop in temperature

According to Bikram Singh, director of the Meteorological Center, the sky will remain clear in the state for the next few days. Partly cloudy may remain at some places in the hilly areas. The temperature may drop by one to two degree Celsius by the end of November.
