8 injured as Dehradun-Delhi bus loses control; enters Hospital compound in Roorkee

The bus of Uttarakhand roadways, going to Delhi from Dehradun, broke the wall of civil hospital in Roorkee after losing control. The accident occurred when the PAC truck running in front of the roadways bus suddenly turned around. The bus driver was seriously injured in the accident. Seven passengers have received minor injuries.

The Dehradun depot bus was going to Delhi on Saturday night with passengers from Dehradun on Saturday night. Just after reaching Delhi-Dehradun Highway from Rampur Chungi, a PAC truck was moving ahead of the bus. As soon as the PAC truck approached the civil hospital, suddenly it turned to one side.

Roadways bus went out of control in an attempt to save the truck. The driver tried to save the bus, but it broke the civil hospital wall and entered inside. Bus driver Kishan Singh was seriously injured in the accident. Seven passengers aboard the bus have received minor injuries. Police rushed to the spot after the accident. The injured passengers were dispatched after receiving treatment in civil hospital.
