Donald Trump – Kim Jong Un meeting on June 12 cancelled

US President Donald Trump has canceled the scheduled meeting on June 12 with North Korea’s Leader Kim Jong Un. Thwhole world had eyes on this meting but it was canceled before that. Trump said that this meeting is not possible with Kim’s recent statements.

Trump had recently indicated that the meeting could be over. It was to be held on June 12 in Singapore. Kim had visited China only after the meeting was decided, which started to hit America. After this there were second thoughts on the meeting. It was believed that the Trump would cancel it. Today the White House has made a tweet regarding the cancellation of the meeting. Trump had said that sinceĀ  Kim Jong Un and China’s President Xi Jinping have met, there has been a change in the nature of North Korea. There was a complete possibility of meeting first, but North Korea’s nature suddenly became invasive. Trump said that Xi Jinping is a very good poker player, I am not accusing anyone. But it is true that Kim’s attitude has changed after second meeting with Jinping.

Since the matter of meeting between both the leaders has come up. Since then, the US has consistently pressured North Korea to stop its nuclear programs. North Korea also promised that it would soon cancel the nuclear test programs. But last week a statement from North Korea was issued that if the unilateral pressure from the United States on nuclear weapons was made, the conversation could be canceled.
