14 injured in Tehri-Dehradun bus accident

On the Chamba-New Tehri motorway, due to the dew on road Badshahithaula, the speed of the bus went out of control, in which four people were injured, while ten others were minorly injured. Luckily a big mishap was averted.

On Thursday morning, at around 9.30 am, the bus going to Rishikesh turned over to Chamba-New Tehri route on the middle road in Badshahithaul. The place where it was turned upside down, there was dew on the road. There was a chaos among the people at the site of the accident. Four people were injured in the accident, who were admitted to the hospital. Ten other people had minor injuries.
Chamba police reached the spot on information and admitted the injured people in the community health center of the city. The people with less injuries were sent back after primary checkup.
A total of 40 people were in the bus. According to eyewitnesses the driver was driving fast and recklessly.
