Maoist blow up BJP leader’s house in Bihar

In Bihar’s Gaya, the Maoists have blown up the ancestral home of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former JDU Legislative Councilor (MLC) Anuj Kumar Singh by dynamite. The family of former MLC has been on target for the Naxalites for a long time. On the spot, the Maoists have also left the notes related to the boycott of the Lok Sabha elections.

According to the information, the banned Naxalite CPI (Maoist) group had damaged the house of the cousin of BJP leader Anuj Kumar Singh late last night by the explosion of dynamite. Before the incident, the Maoists had thrown the BJP leader’s brother out of the house. There is no information about any casualties in the attack.
At 12.00 midnight on Wednesday night in Dumaria block of Gaya, one hundred CPI (Maoist), armed with weapons, woke up Ajay Singh, the cousin of the MLC, and the CPI-Maoist took him under his control. They also took the keys of his house.

Ajay Kumar Singh said that the CPI (Maoist), who was in the number of one hundred, opened the lock and demolished the house with dynamite explosion. The cousin of Anuj Kumar Singh, Ajay Kumar Singh, was kept detained by the CPI Maoist for half an hour. In front of the cousin, the CPI Maoist planted the dynamite and within 15 minutes the house was transformed into debris.

The explosion was so violent that pieces of the house and cement walls were scattered for several kilometers. Precious furniture, sofa, almiras, and beds in the house were transformed into dust from explosion. After the house explosion, CPI Maoists raised slogans against Police Administration.

Police have recovered banners with posters and pamphlets from the incident site, in which it was written to boycott the Lok Sabha elections. Dumuria police inspector has been blamed for selling sand and liquor in the poster. Due to the collusion of the police from sand and liquor mafia, the poor is buying three thousand rupees of sand.

Naxal campaign SP Arun Kumar Singh said “that there is a cowardly act by the Maoists. The Lok Sabha election will be held in a fair and peaceful atmosphere. The incidents of CPI-Maoist’s rulings will not affect the Lok Sabha elections. Now on the days of CPI Maoists are numbered, we are ready for all their challenge”.

The campaign for the capture of CPI Maoists has been intensified. Police are camping at the scene. There is panic in the village since the incident.
