Woman shares harrowing experience of being stuck in plane after falling asleep
Due to the fault of the airline personnel, a woman was still in the plane despite the completion of air travel. After a long struggle, this woman could succeed in getting out of the plane. At the same time, the airline has ordered an inquiry after assuming its mistake after the incident.
According to the events described in the social media, this incident is of 9th June. The victim Tiffany Adams was going to Toronto from Quebec in Air Canada plane. During the flight, the woman fell asleep in the plane. In deep sleep, this lady did not know when the plane landed and the passengers went into the parking area after deboarding. About 90 minutes after the landing of this woman, the woman’s sleep opened.
According to the victim woman, when her eyes opened, the journey was complete and she was alone in the entire plane. She was amazed that the aircraft crew did not wake her even after the flight was completed. The victim said while sharing her experience on Facebook, when she opened her eyes a few hours after landing at Pearson Airport at midnight, there was cold weather in the air and it was dark around.
The victim said that she called her acquaintance, but before the talk was complete her phone died due to non-charging. Due to the closure of the plane, she could not even charge her phone. After this, her friend informed the Toronto airport officials about the incident. During this, Adams got a torch from the cockpit of the plane, through which she tried to attract the workers who were roaming outside the plane.
After this, the driver of the carriage carrying the luggage outside the plane saw the light and helped her out. Following the disclosure of this incident, the airline has issued orders to investigate the whole incident.
