Priyanka to star in web series by Russo Brothers
Priyanka Chopra has become very experimental with films as well as platforms like web series. She made her debut in American Web series Quantinco in 2015 and is currently making connections between films and web series. After Shonali Bose’s film The Sky Is Pink, she is working in a film based on Man Booker Award winner Arvind Adiga’s novel The White Tiger. This film is going to be released on Netflix instead of theaters. Priyanka has now announced her new project, that she is also going to be seen in a brand new web series of Amazon Prime.
Priyanka posted about this on Instagram and wrote – “Can’t wait to work with the super talented Richard Madden and the incredible Russo Brothers in the new series. Get ready!”. According to reports, this will be an action-packed spy series. Citadel will be a multi-layered global franchise with Indian, Italian and US editions. After Priyanka’s announcement of this project, husband Nick Jonas also congratulated her. Nick wrote, congratulations, it will be eagerly awaited.
