Queen Elizabeth II gives approval to Brexit bill; to become law on Jan 31

Queen Elizabeth II of Britain has approved the British government’s Brexit Law on Thursday (23 January). In November last year, UK PM Boris Johnson passed a bill on the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union in Brussels. The bill will become law on the deadline of 31 January. The bill has moved beyond various parliamentary procedures.

The UK government has already confirmed the government’s plan to break Britain from the European Union (Brexit Day) on 31 January. As part of the plan, the countdown to Brexit will begin by lighting up 10 Downing Street with a huge clock. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson will address the nation at 11 pm local time, just before he officially separates the country from the European Union.

Prior to this address, he will preside over a special cabinet meeting in Northern England as a message of unity for all parts of Britain, including Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. Downing Street said in a statement on Saturday (18 January), “31 January is an important moment in our history. Britain will break away from the European Union on this day and become independent again. The government intends to use this moment to end the distances, re-unify communities and move forward towards preparing the country for the next decade. “

“On this occasion, Downing Street (number 10 – the UK Prime Minister’s official residence) will be illuminated with an attractive light,” the statement said. Along with this, a clock running till 11 o’clock in the night has been installed on the black brick wall of Downing Street. The buildings around Whitehall will also be illuminated. Union jacks will also be hoisted on all the pillars of Parliament Square in line with public aspirations. “

On the same day, a commemorative coin commemorating Brexit will also come into circulation. Prime Minister Johnson may be the first person to receive this new coin. The coin will say: ‘Peace, prosperity and friendship with all countries.’
