Corona positive case found in Udham Singh Nagar district after 26 days

Another corona infection case has been reported in Uttarakhand today. Corona infection has been confirmed in a 55-year-old elderly in Udham Singh Nagar district, which was hoping to join the Green Zone soon.
Director General of Health Dr. Amita Upreti said that the Corona infected patient is a resident of Bajpur in Udham Singh Nagar district. He returned from Punjab a few days ago. The samples were traced to the patient through Asha Worker and sent for examination. In which corona infection has been confirmed today. With this, now the total number of infected patients has reached 55 in the state. At the same time, 36 of these patients have been cured. No corona-infected case was reported in Udhamsinghnagar for the last 26 days. Due to this, the government was soon going to include the district from red zone to green zone.
Three lanes sealed near infected nurse’s house in Rishikesh
The nurse, corona infected with AIIMS, stays on rent at the Shiva Enclave at the housing development. On receiving this information, the police administration has barricaded and sealed three lanes of Shiva Enclave. Simultaneously, the movement of people has been banned. After contact tracing 17 people have also been sent to AIIMS to test for Covid-19. After their report, the administration will take advance action.
