No coronavirus patient remaining in Wuhan claims China
There is no longer any coronavirus patient in the hospitals in Wuhan city, capital of Hubei province in central China, from where the novel coronavirus Covid-19 was first reported.
China National Health Commission spokesman Mi Feng gave this information in the press conference. He said that this result has come due to the hard work of medical personnel in Wuhan and the help of people from all over the country to deal with the coronavirus.
He said that one of the last patients, who arrived in critical condition in Wuhan, was discharged from the hospital on Friday after recovering fully and now there is no such patient in the city.
No new cases of coronavirus infection have been reported in Hubei province for the past 20 days. According to the spokesperson, China has confirmed 82,827 cases of infection with the corona virus as of Saturday. Out of these 801 patients are undergoing treatment while 77,394 people have been discharged from hospitals after improving their health.
11 new cases of corona infection in China
China’s National Health Commission said on Sunday that 11 new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours and 48 people have recovered during this period. According to the Health Commission, out of 11 new cases, five are from outside. So far, 82827 cases of corona virus have been confirmed in the country and the death toll from the pandemic has remained stable at 4632 for one week.
So far 77300 people have been discharged from the hospitals after recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic in the country. 800 patients are being treated in the country, of which more than 50 patients are in critical condition. In the last 24 hours, there have been 30 non-symptomatic cases in the country, of which seven are foreigners. The number of infected from abroad has increased to 1634 in the country.
On Saturday, health officials said that 11 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported in the country. According to the report, there has been no death due to coronavirus in the country for one week.
