764 vacancies to be filled in UPCL, UJVNL and PTCUL
The government has given permission to fill 764 vacancies of various cadres which were vacant for a long time by direct recruitment in the three corporations of the Department of Energy, Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL), Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited (PTCUL) and Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (UJVNL). Secretary Energy Radhika Jha issued orders in this regard on Friday.
After the order, 52 posts technical grade electrical, 39 posts technical grade mechanical, one post manager environment, 10 posts AE electromechanical, ten posts AE district, one post rehabilitation and rehabilitation officer, one post geologist, 25 JE electro-mechanical , 25 JE District, 10 Office Assistant III i.e 174 posts will be filled by UJVNL.
PTCUL will be recruit a total of 77 posts, including two Assistant Accountants, one Personnel Officer, one Assistant Law Officer, five JE Districts, two Assistant Accountants, ten Office Assistant III, four Office Assistant III Accounts, 50 JE Electromechanical, two Stenographer Grade Two.
Energy Corporation will fill vacancy for 513 posts including one company secretary, 100 JE electro-mechanical, two JE civil, five assistant accountants, 100 office assistant third, data entry operator, five map draftsman, 300 technical grade electrical.
A total of 764 posts will be recruited in the three corporations. The recruitment has been approved by the Finance Department. For this, the MDs of the three corporations have been instructed to initiate immediate action. While this recruitment will provide employment to the youth, the shortage of employees in corporations will also be removed.
