Uttarakhand daily corona update: Total case count crosses 65000
October was somewhat reliving, but by the beginning of November, the Corona cases in Uttarakhand have started increasing. 498 new corona cases were also found in the state on Saturday. Together, 65036 people have been infected in Uttarakhand so far. In which 59564 people have been cured. Currently there are 3890 active patients and 51 patients have gone out of state.
Dehradun has the highest number of 148 people infected. Reports of 62 people in Chamoli and 51 in Pauri have come positive. Besides, reports of 46 people in Nainital, 36 each in Haridwar and Pithoragarh, 32 in Tehri, 21 in Almora, one in Udham Singh Nagar, 15 in Bageshwar, 13 in Rudraprayag, 10 in Champawat and nine in Uttarkashi have come positive.
The number of people who died of corona in the state is also increasing every day. Eight patients have died during the last 24 hours. Three patients have died in Dr. Sushila Tiwari Government Hospital, Haldwani, two in Sri Mahant Indiresh Hospital Dehradun and one each in Doon Medical College Hospital, District Hospital Rudraprayag. Apart from this, there has been one death in Udham Singh Nagar. So far, 1063 corona-infected patients have died in the state.
The good thing among the increasing cases of corona is that the number of healthy people is also increasing. During the 24 hours, 337 patients from various districts were recovered. These include 76 from Dehradun, 69 from Pauri, 55 from Udham Singh Nagar, 44 from Haridwar, 25 from Nainital, 23 from Pithoragarh, 23 from Rudraprayag, 12 from Bageshwar, 5 from Chamoli, 3 from Almora, 2 from Uttarkashi and 1 patient from Tehri.
