Chaiti fair to be held in Kashipur from April 13

Preparations have begun for the historic Chaiti Fair to be held from April 13 in the midst of the corona pandemic. After the completion of the tender process, the work of dyeing and painting has started in the temple premises. The decision to organize the fair has created a wave of happiness among the traders.

Last year, due to corona infection, the fair could not be organized. Due to this, the traders returned despairingly. But this time the administration has given permission to hold the Chaiti Fair from 13 April. However, the administration has come on alert mode in view of rising Corona cases. Due to which, there was a doubt about the organization of the fair.

Tenders for electricity, sound, parking, setting up of shops etc were opened for the fair at the Joint Magistrate Office on Tuesday. Due to the completion of the tender process, doubts are also being removed regarding the fair. Here, the work of dyeing and painting has also been started in the temple premises.
