Uttarakhand corona update: 3050 cases on 23 May
On Sunday, 3050 new cases have been reported, while 6173 patients have fully recovered. At the same time, 53 also died. Now, the number of corona infections has increased to 313519 in the state, out of which 247603 people have recovered. Currently 54735 cases are active, while 5805 have died so far. Apart from this, 5376 patients have gone out of the state.
53 corona patients have died in 24 hours in the state. While different hospitals in Dehradun, Haridwar, Tehri, Udham Singh Nagar and Uttarkashi district have given death audit reports of the deaths of 18 corona patients in the past. With this, the death rate of corona patients in the state has gone up to 5805. The state has recorded a state recovery rate of 78.98 percent and infection rate of 6.94.

Today 28142 samples were sent for testing from various labs while report of 11657 is awaited. 9769 people were vaccinated today with which over two lakh ten thousand individuals have been partially vaccinated in the state.
