Uttarakhand June 29 to July 6 corona curfew guidelines

The coronavirus infection is not over yet in Uttarakhand, so the curfew has been extended for the next 7 days. The curfew will remain in effect till from 6:00 am on June 29 to 6:00 am on July 6. For this complete guidelines have been issued by the government. Following are few of the important guidelines to be followed during the curfew:

  • The vaccination program will continue during the curfew. Beneficiaries must carry registration document to show at checkpost.
  • The number of coronavirus infections is decreasing. In view of this, a maximum of 50 people can attend the marriage ceremony. However, everyone is required to have RT PCR negative report.
  • A maximum of 50 people can attend the funeral procession.
  • All educational training institutes will remain closed till further orders. Online classes will be allowed.
  • All the coaching institutes in the state which provide coaching to the students above 18 years will be able to follow the Covid-19 protocol with 50% capacity.
  • All social, political, sports activities, entertainment, educational, cultural functions will remain closed till further orders.
  • All the protected areas, tiger reserves, zoos and forest parks under the forest department and other facilities located in the state can be opened for tourism. However, the Covid-19 protocol will have to be followed.
  • Persons coming to Uttarakhand from outside states will have to compulsorily register on the web portal of Smart City.
  • All health services, AYUSH services will continue to operate as usual.
  • All business establishments will remain open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday. However, cinema halls, shopping malls, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theatres, auditoriums etc. will remain closed till further orders.
  • All gyms in the state will open with 50 percent capacity following the Covid-19 protocol.
  • Sports institutes, stadiums and playgrounds located in the state will be opened with 50 percent capacity for training for players above 18 years of age.
  • All vegetable shops, milk derbies, sweet shops and flower shops will open daily from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
  • Markets will be closed on Sundays, where will sanitization work everywhere these days.
  • Hotels, restaurants, eateries, and dhabas will be allowed to operate with only 50% capacity.
  • Hotels, restaurants, eateries and dhabas in urban areas will remain closed from 10:00 to 7:00 and 6:00 pm.
  • Conference halls located in hotels are allowed to be used with 50% capacity.
  • It is mandatory for all the passengers going from plain areas of Dehradun, Haridwar, Pauri Garhwal, Nainital and Udham Singh Nagar to hilly areas to have rt-pcr negative report.
