Uttarakhand corona update: Less than 100 cases reported on 26 February

After the third wave of corona slowed down, the process of death from corona in the state has also started decreasing. On Saturday, for the first time after a month and 10 days, no corona infected died in the state.

From January 16 onwards, some patient was dying every day due to Covid-19. But according to the health bulletin released on Saturday, no infected have died in any hospital in the state. According to the Health Bulletin, a total of 96 new patients were found in the state on Saturday and 86 patients were discharged after recovery.

After this, now the number of active patients in the state has come down to 942. On Saturday, 8 cases were reported in Almora, 8 in Chamoli, 4 in Champawat, 29 in Dehradun, 16 in Haridwar, 8 in Nainital, 12 in Pauri, 1 in Rudraprayag, 2 in Tehri, 3 in US Nagar while 5 new infected were found in Uttarkashi district.

On Saturday, the rate of corona infection in the state was 1.01 percent while the recovery rate of patients was more than 95 percent. So far more than 91 thousand cases of corona have been reported in the third wave of corona in the state. On Saturday, more than 11 thousand people have administered the dose of anti-corona vaccine.

26 new corona patients found in Haridwar district

According to the report of the Health Department, 26 new corona patients have been found in Haridwar district on Saturday. While seven corona patients have been found in Roorkee and Laksar. The number of corona infected patients in Haridwar district continues to fluctuate. Where on Friday the number of corona patients had reached 17.

At the same time, according to the report of the Health Department on Saturday, a total of 26 corona patients have been found in Haridwar district. In which maximum seven corona patients have been found in Roorkee and Laksar. At the same time, three corona patients have been found in Haridwar and Bahadarabad. 6 people coming from outside in Haridwar district have also come positive according to the report of the Health Department.
