Ukraine President Zelenskyy reveals location in latest video

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy revealed his location in a video posted on social media and said ‘I am living in Kyiv’. Zelenskyy said that it was a time of war, now every day is Monday. ‘I’m on Bankova Street (where the President’s office is located). I’m not hiding and I’m not afraid of anyone,’ he said.

President Zelenskyy said in the video that ‘we will do whatever it takes to win this war’. He said, “Today is the twelfth evening of our struggle. We are all on the ground. We are all working. I am in Kyiv and my team is with me.”

In a video shared on his Instagram account on Monday, Zelensky also shows a view from outside the room from a mobile phone. It is night time in the capital Kyiv. The video begins selfie-style and tracks Zelenskiyy who is seen walking down a wood-paneled hallway. Shortly after, it cuts to a high-resolution video camera, showing the president sitting at a desk and putting away his cell phone.

‘Maybe you are seeing me alive for the last time’

Zelenskyy said in a private video call to US lawmakers on Saturday that they might be seeing him alive for the last time. Zelenskyy said Ukraine needed to protect its airspace. This can be done either by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) enforcing a no-fly zone or by sending more fighter jets.
