Uttarakhand corona update: 26 cases found on 20 September

The pace of corona infection has slowed in Uttarakhand. Within the last 24 hours, 26 new infected patients have appeared in eight districts of the state. While 52 patients have been cured. There has been a decrease in the number of active patients on Tuesday. At present, 156 active patients are being treated in the state. Whereas on Monday there were 185 active patients in the state.

According to the Health Department, the test report of 1143 samples has come negative on Tuesday. At the same time, out of 26 cases reported, 13 are in Dehradun, 5 in Nainital, 2 each in Haridwar and Pithoragarh, 1 each in Bageshwar, Chamoli, Tehri, Pauri.

While, not a single infected patient has been reported in Champawat, Almora, Rudraprayag, Udham Singh Nagar and Uttarkashi. Along with this, the recovery rate of the state has been 95.91 percent and the infection rate has increased from 1.85 to 2.22.
