Online registration of pilgrims for Char Dham Yatra has started from yesterday. The portal of the tourism department was opened at seven in the morning. At present, pilgrims will be able to register for Badrinath and Kedarnath Dham. Registration will start after the formal announcement of the date of opening of the doors of Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham.
Chardham Yatra 2023 registration: Register in four ways
This time, arrangements have been made for four-way registration for the pilgrims coming on Chardham Yatra, in which registration can be done through website, through mobile app, on call and through WhatsApp.

So far 31 thousand devotees have registered
Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaj told that 31 thousand pilgrims have got themselves registered for Badrinath and Kedarnath. Slot token system has been introduced for queue management in Dhams.
Last year Chardham and Hemkund Sahib had together attracted more than 46 lakh pilgrims. Whereas, about five lakh vehicles had reached these places. This time their number is expected to be more than this. The police had also made special arrangements for parking for vehicles last year. Maximum parking space was available in Haridwar.
