6.9 magnitude earthquake strikes Kermadec Islands in New Zealand

New Zealand was once again shaken by the strong tremors of the earthquake. The intensity of the earthquake has been measured at 6.9 on the Richter scale.

According to PTWC, an earthquake of magnitude 6.9 occurred in the Pacific region in the far north of New Zealand. Tsunami threat has not been declared at the moment. There is no news of loss of life or property due to the earthquake.

However, there was no news of any loss of life or property due to the earthquake.
