Tehri Water Sports Cup 2023 to be held from September 14 to 17
Tehri Water Sports Cup 2023 is going to be organized in Tehri Lake from 14th to 17th September. All preparations regarding this have been completed.
About 450 players from 28 states will participate in the competition. All preparations for the event have been completed. While talking to journalists on Wednesday, District Magistrate Mayur Dixit told that, for the second consecutive year, Tehri Water Sports Cup is being organized by THDC in Tehri Lake.
National and international level players will participate
National and international level players will participate in this event and Tehri Lake will get recognition at the international level. The administration is fully cooperating with THDC regarding this event. THDC Executive Director LP Joshi said that National Kayaking and Canoeing Qualifying Competition will be organized.
The winning participants will participate in the national games
The winning participants of the qualifying round of the competition will participate in the 37th National Games, Goa 2023. During this, Additional General Manager Human Resources and Administration Dr. AN Tripathi, Manveer Singh Negi, RD Mamgain etc. from THDC Tehri were present.
